The property was perfect for our week in Bayfield. We had a wonderful time at the Vader cottage. Really loved the beautiful fire pit area. We also loved how we were able to bring our dog with us. It was a great overall experience for our family.

Kelly was there to welcome us, and was very accommodating. When my husband's bicycle broke, they allowed us to use theirs. The place was clean and a close bike ride to town and beaches. Nearby restaurants were excellent. Lots to choose from. Wonderful hosts. We love to return again next year.

Our stay at the Vader Cottage was wonderful and so are the hosts! We arrived to a perfectly set up house, clean and well appointed. We loved our fires and so appreciated having the wood and kindling provided, that made packing the vehicle to come much easier. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, dishes, pots and pans. We also loved the option of the drip coffee and Keurig coffee machines. The neighbourhood is mature and so quiet. We loved sitting out and just enjoying listening to all the birds. You will be happy staying here!

The cottage is a great location on a quiet street, and the owner is so friendly and welcoming! Bayfield is a charming community with a super cute Main Street. This area is perfect for walks. There are many points you can walk down to the lake with steep access points or long staircases, but checking out the beach is worth it! We needed a place in town for a wedding for the weekend, and this listing checked all the boxes.

Wonderful family getaway!

This was our second time staying at the Vader cottage and once again, we enjoyed every moment of it. The property is clean, inviting and conveniently located to great restaurants, shops and the water. A true gem in beautiful Bayfield!

An awesome retreat

My friends and I enjoyed our stay here very much. Our hosts were very helpful and hospitable. The place was cozy and comfortable. Bayfield is a beautiful town with many shops, and restaurants. We definitely would stay here again.

The house was in a great location--within walking distance of the main street and also of the lake. It was amazingly well provisioned with everything we needed for a 3-week stay. And, I must say, the beds were amazingly comfortable. Kelly was a wonderful host and was receptive to all feedback provided.

Very good location close to several beaches and the town centre. The cottage has everything one might need, very clean well maintained and provides full privacy that we appreciated. Check in was easiest imaginable. Our kids had a blast with the trampoline.

Beautiful Bayfield

What a wonderful stay at Vader Cottage! This well appointed cottage is cozy and inviting with all the amenities needed. Set behind tall pines and conifers, it is a private and quiet place to relax and take in the lake breeze. We hope to stay again!
