-Gather all used towels into one pile -Our cleaning crew will strip the beds -Discard any opened food items -Take all trash to the outdoor bins -Turn off all lights, fans, TVs, etc.
-Please wash any dishes used, or run the dishwasher -Rinse off any beach chairs/gear used and put away neatly -Return the thermostat to 74 in summer months Thank you so much & have a safe trip home!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We loved our time at this house. Although it was only for a couple of nights we really enjoyed ourselves. The kitchen had everything you could ask for. The qucick access to the beach was nice and we could have spent all day on the back porch over looking the marsh.

We gathered in oak island to celebrate my parents 50th anniversary. We had a great time. There was room for everyone, close to the beach, enough beach chairs, and the kitchen had enough supplies to cook meals.

3 generation fall weekend

Great spot for our three generations- perfect space for us all to come together but also have space to spread out. We enjoyed family table tennis tournament, well equipped beach hangs, and all the space had to offer. Well equipped kitchen and great location.
