Beach Home

Loved this beach home so much, we returned again and plan on this being our annual September vacation home. Plenty of room, 2 bathrooms are great to have, decorated nicely, nice flooring throughout (no carpet), brand new sofa, well stocked kitchen, covered parking, easy access to the beautiful beach with beach chairs and umbrella included. We have been visiting this area for years and have finally found the location we plan on visiting year after year. Well maintained Waters Edge, excellent!!!!

The property at Water’s Edge was exactly what we needed. It’s on the beach, free convenient parking, well maintained property inside and out, huge amazing pool, and located in a quiet relaxing area. It’s great to wake up every morning and see the beautiful beach beckoning you to come and enjoy. There are plenty of restaurants and a grocery available within a short drive.

Condo was clean, kitchen well equipped. Plenty of towels etc. could use a little updating, sofa especially. But we didn’t go to sit in the room, so all was well!Ocean view perfect!Would definitely book again!

We have stayed at Waters Edge many times, and I think this unit is our favorite! Stylishly decorated with all the amenities you could ask for. We will definitely return!

Beautiful

This is our third stay at Okaloosa Island and this was the nicest condo we've stayed in. The third floor was perfect for viewing the Gulf but also we were able to park on the third floor of the garage and had just a few steps to our room. The condo is well stocked and fairly modern in its decor. The second full bath sure was helpful. No issues in the week were there.

Wonderful

We recently stayed in Waters Edge 308 and cannot say enough good things about it. When we arrived it was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. We have two small children and it was perfect for our family. The convenience of being beach front was perfect and the pool was always clean and enjoyable. We already plan to book our vacation next year in this exact unit.

Waters Edge 308 review

we have been to Waters Edge several times and this room was good fit for us. Easy access to parking and elevator. all the kitchen amenities we needed. our view was able to see dolphins. we did have a small water leak in out bedroom ceiling,probably from an air conditioning unit above us, that we called in. we had very nice weather for beach time. we found a new for us very nice place to eat, Ali's Bistro. we were wondering about the new bridge and how it will affect traffic in the future, and access to Santa Rosa blvd.

This condo was just alright, but we wouldn’t stay again. Photos make it look larger. The bedroom and master bathroom are extremely small. We received an email the day of that there was a leak in the master bedroom ceiling. You can tell where heavy water has run down under the paint. The leak also seemed to cause a weird smell and we had to purchase air fresheners. I will say the pool was nice and large, and the beach service that was included was appreciated. But again, we wouldn’t book for a second time.
