Quiet 2 Bedroom Home in Auburn, Indiana

This property is one side of a condo in a quiet-du-sac of similar condos. The community is quiet and family oriented on the east side of the town of Auburn, IN located 25 minutes from Fort Wayne, IN. Auburn is an expanding community with a quaint downtown with unique stores and eateries, quiet nature walk areas and parks, all major stores, many restaurants with more being added regularly, and countless charming local finds. 20-25 minutes South of Auburn is Fort Wayne, a city of 400,000 with anything Auburn does not have available (downtown FW is 25-30 min). Auburn is home the Auburn Duesenberg Car Museum, Annual ACD Festival and Car Show held the week before Labor day, and car history galore for vintage car lovers. North of Auburn is lake country with several lake communities most notable Lake James upon which sits the beautiful and large Pokagon State Park with its nostalgic Tobaggan Run and many beautiful trails, lake and inn.
We seek guests that are quiet conscious for the sake of this peace loving community and our neighbors. We occupy this home roughly 15 weeks a year for our family, and it is unused on the rest of the weeks of the year. With an excellent manager, we clean, disinfect, and stage the home for renting guests. You will notice a cozy, friendly home that is comfortable and will make you feel right at home, safe, and satisfied. There is a large open back yard that leads to the oversized community shared space big enough to play a football game! Many children and families utilize this space in good weather. We enjoy views of many beautiful skies in this neighborhood as well. There are sidewalks throughout the community for lots os walking. We are grateful for respectful guests looking for a comfortable and cozy space to be while visiting the northeast Indiana area, whether for family, work, or recreation. This home has a complete kitchen and laundry and garage (for careful use please.). Access to the home is achieved by acquiring a lock code the day before check in.
