Great place for our family.

The living area worked well for our family as it had a nice sized open area where we could watch the baby crawl around and play with her toys while we caught up with my grandson and his wife who live nearby. My granddaughter, her husband and the baby enjoyed the pool.

Spring training

It would be helpful to have a broom and dust pan and specific directions on where the garbage is located - TV in bedrooms and a new more comfortable couch

Not clean

We had to actually go rent a motel for the first night since the sheets on the bed in the master bedroom had not been changed. The owner did have his housekeeper come the next day and change the sheets and do some much needed cleaning. There was a futon in the living room as a couch. I looked like it had been picked up from the curb. It looked dirty and had holes in it. I asked the owner to reimburse for the cost of the motel since we had already paid him for that night. He refused. I cannot recommend this place.
