Resort style get away at the National Golf and Country Club in Ave Maria, Florida. This beautiful new spacious luxury condo overlooks the 9th hole with amazing water views. On site amenities include an 18-hole championship golf course, a resort style pool, world class fitness center with sauna, tennis courts and pickleball courts. The state-of-the-art clubhouse also includes an outdoor bar & grill. The National is a gated community, offering you safety with 24/7 security on site.

The property includes 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Bedroom 1 includes king size bed and master bathroom. Bedroom 2 includes queen size bed. Living area includes queen size pullout for additional sleeping space.

This spacious condo offers an open area kitchen, dining area, living room, lanai with outdoor seating, full size washer and dryer, master walk in closets and much more....

The property is located approximately 40 miles from Southwest Florida International Airport (Fort Myers). The town of Ave Maria is less than 2 miles from the condo with plenty of dining and shopping options including a grocery store. Other notable destinations and attractions close by include downtown Naples, Vanderbilt public beach, Seminole Casino Immokalee, and several state parks.
