This home has everything your family needs for a memorable getaway!! Located a mile away from picturesque Barnstable Village thriving with galleries, museums, restaurants and whale watch cruises out of Mattakeese waterfront. The open first floor has a gourmet kitchen with mood lighting and a spacious dining area. A cozy living room with a 72" flat TV. A separate den area for a quieter retreat and a half bath with laundry. Off the dining area you step out to a custom-made tri-level deck offering extended space for your guests to enjoy a spacious outdoor eating and seating area, a gas firepit, and a 6-person jacuzzi with an outdoor shower for your convenience and relaxation!!
Upstairs has 4 bedrooms: A Master with walk-in closet and private full bath, second full bathroom off the hall with 3 additional bedrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TV's. Lower-level has a recreation area with a volleyball net and a ping pong table!!!!

Perfect for families

I can’t say enough good about this house! We were two families staying here and it had everything we needed. The outdoor shower was great after a day at the beach; the deck had enough seating for all of us to eat our meals out there; the yard had plenty of space for the kids to run and also a volleyball net. The house itself was clean and well stocked with towels and bedding. The communication and check in was excellent. I can not think of one thing to complain about! I would recommend this house to any of my friends and family.

Beautiful, well stocked property

We had 11 guests staying at this house total- 6 adults and 5 children ranging from age 6-11. The house was beautifil with plenty of space for all of us. We spent most of the time outside because there was so much space on the deck and the yard gave lots of space for our kids to run and play. The volleyball court, hot tub, and fire pit were huge hits. The outdoor shower was also super convenient when coming back from the beach. The house was well stocked with tons of extra sheets, towels, and beach towels. Plenty of toilet paper, laundry detergent, and dishwasher tabs. We did have an issue with the dishwasher in the beginning- it seemed like there was something wrong with the machine itself, but Kathleen was super easy to get ahold of. She sent an electrician out right away to make sure there wasn't an electrical issue. They replaced the breaker which helped a bit, we were able to use the machine for the rest of the week, but it did seem like it might have needed to be replaced. But we felt extremely well taken care of and we would definitely book this house again in the future!
