Located a mile away from picturesque Barnstable Village thriving with galleries, museums, restaurants and whale watch cruises out of Mattakeese waterfront. The open first floor has a gourmet kitchen with mood lighting and a spacious dining area. A cozy living room with a 72" flat TV. A separate den area for a quieter retreat and a half bath with laundry. Off the dining area you step out to a custom-made tri-level deck offering extended space for your guests to enjoy a spacious outdoor eating and seating area, a gas firepit, and a 6-person jacuzzi with an outdoor shower for your convenience and relaxation!!
Upstairs has 4 bedrooms: A Master with walk-in closet and private full bath, second full bathroom off the hall with 3 additional bedrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TV's. Lower-level has a recreation area with a volleyball net and a ping pong table!!!!
