Stay in our comfortable and luxurious 2-bedroom condo while vacationing in beautiful Naples. Our condo is conveniently located on the ground floor, providing guests with a stunning living experience with easy and secure access to your vehicle and resort amenities. ENJOY ONE OF THE BRIGHTEST UNITS IN THE RESORT as the sun streams in during sunrise and sunset.

This 1,306 sq. ft. condo, comfortably sleeps four, providing a luxury home feel. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet and large master en-suite bath complete with separate jetted tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and separate bathroom. Both bedrooms provide plenty of drawer and closet space.

This condo unit is filled with all the comforts and conveniences of home, including air conditioning and heating, linens/towels and washer and dryer. For your entertainment, you’ve got internet, streaming, large screen TVs and a Sony Play station for the kids.

The living space opens up to a spacious and well stocked kitchen. This open concept continues onto a seating area for your dining comfort. Slide open the doors to the relaxing, screened-in lanai perfect for reading, napping, dining or enjoying views of the tennis courts.

The unit is located in a great location in the complex just seconds to the resort amenities including beautiful pools, lazy river, gym and Blue Water Grille.

WHAT THE RESORT OFFERS: ONLY for registered guests - A 5,000 sq. ft outdoor pool area with a tropical waterfall, a separate adult area with a pool and a lap pool, two spas and sundecks as well as a lazy river complete with floating tubes. There are 6 Har-Tru (green clay) tennis courts, an incredible spa, fitness centre, Topgolf Swing Suite and the Marina’s Ship Store where you can rent a boat, kayaks, paddle boards and bicycles.

While there is a small park area located next to the pool area there are two GREAT area parks. The closest is Cambier park, a lovely park located right in the heart of downtown Naples, just South of the prestigious 5th Avenue South. The second local park is Fleischmann park. This park sits on 15 acres of lush green landscaping and is located just South of Coastland Center Mall on Fleischmann Blvd at Goodlette-Frank Road.
Naples Zoo at Caribbean Gardens is a 5 minute drive away as well.
