This cozy home is located in the town of East Orleans within walking distance to Nauset Farms, Whisk Breakfast & Lunch Cafe, Smitty's Homemade Ice Cream, The Barley Neck Inn and other restaurants and shops. A National Seashore treasure, Nauset Beach is just minutes away, while the warmer and calmer water of Skaket Beach (beautiful sunsets, great for small kids) is just on the other side of town on beautiful Cape Cod Bay. Enjoy bike riding on the Cape Cod rail trail, explore Nickerson State Park in neighboring Brewster, or take in an Orleans Firebirds Cape league baseball game at Eldredge Park. Other activities include deep sea fishing trips from Rock Harbor, whale watching excursions out of Provincetown, or try a seal watching trip in Chatham. Or simply relax in the yard after a day at the beach!

This home has an open kitchen/dining/living room with hardwood floors and comfortable furnishings. There are 2 good sized bedrooms with a sitting/sleeping area in the master. 3 window a/c units, a lovely private back yard, WIFI and TV w/Hulu and Netflix movies & shows complete the package.
