Fantastic home. The upstairs outdoor lounge area with the firepit and hot tub were the best part of our stay. Communication was outstanding! I would highly recommend this home!

We had a wonderful stay at Happy Trails Hideaway last week! Our family has stayed in similar nearby properties in Steamboat, and this place had the best outdoor spaces and proximity to amenities thus far. Having teens that ski, and play tennis, the location can not be beat, and we would definitely consider staying again during ski season. It was also great to be able to send our teens to the pool and be able to keep an eye on them from the condo. The decks were wonderful and great for dining and relaxing. The beds were all comfortable, no complaints from anyone. The only negatives about this property were the lack of privacy with the barn doors on bedrooms. Definitely a consideration if you were to share with another family. And the rugs in the house all seemed filthy and in need of cleaning or replacement. Everything else was very clean and well stocked, so we ignored the rugs. If I had small children who were still crawling around on floors though I would not have been thrilled with it.
