Otima localização perto de tudo, a Adriana zeladora do prédio, muito atenciosa, quanto ao local é o que esta nas fotos, as escadas cansam um pouco, como ponto de melhoria seria ter internet e uma tv nos quartos.

Excelente imóvel, bem localizado, próximo a praia, local do imóvel sem bagunça,então a noite da para descansar muito bem. Proprietário,e zeladora pessoas muito boas. Volto sempre para local.

Boa localização

Boa localização. Em frente à praia. Mercado e farmácia próximos. Zeladora muito atenciosa. Não possui elevador, prepare-se para subir 4 lances de escadas (com mala). As camas são 3 sofás camas. Levem travesseiros e roupas de cama. Os quartos nao possuem cortinas. Janelas de vidro transparente. Tv do quarto é um pequenino monitor, que não ligou. Não possuiu Wifi. O banheiro da suíte estava com a luz queimada, tivemos que tomar banho no escuro.

O apartamento é compacto, tem um terraço com espaço bem gostoso e vista para o mar, conforme as fotos. A localização dele é privilegiada! Esta a poucos metros da praia, supermercados, restaurantes, famárcias, feirinha. Foi muito proveitoso. O atendimento do dono e da zeladora também foram bons.
