Run Down
The whole unit was dirty and dusty like it hadn't been cleaned in months! I cleaned and wiped down parts of the unit and appliances myself. The sink wasn't cleaned, the shower had dust and dirt on the shower wall ledges, the bathroom sink was dirty, the refrigerator hadn't been cleaned and still had food left in it! Microwave wasn't even cleaned, I had to purchase my own face & bath towel as there were not in the unit! I text the owner and he said that the cleaning lady must have forgotten to leave some. From what I could tell is that there is no cleaning lady, the pictures that are being shown of the property are great, but they are old pictures because the unit look rundown inside and out. The owner hasn't kept the place up and it seems that it being kept up to the minimum just to operate. The gate was hard to lock, I had to walk in the grass from the street through the front yard, through the gate to the backyard, all through uncut grass that hasn't been mowed in days. It was the bare minimum. I don't recommend this place unless the owner takes care of it by doing what's needed appropriately! Like truly hire a cleaning person if there not going to upkeep the unit to satisfactory status. I took pictures and wish I could upload them but I dont see how I can hear
