VELVET SPRINGS Farmhouse on 6 Acres/300 Feet of Private Lakeshore with pontoon

Perfect for small or large groups. Velvet Lake is a private lake great for swimming and fishing. Free use of our pontoon and we cover the first tank of gas. Room for tents or campers at an additional fee. Campfire area with picnic table. Shuttle service available to Crosslake. Bringing your own boat? Whitefish chain public access is only 2.5 miles away and we have plenty of room for parking. Pets upon approval. We can make arrangements for any special needs. Only 2 1/2 hours from the twin cities.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Moved to area in 1989 from Brooklyn Center to live by the lakes and trees. Located in the crow wing state forest.

What makes this property unique

pontoon included, room for camping, picnic tables, fire ring, fire pit, private, park like setting, ideal for large groups. Great view of the lake. fire wood provided for one large and one small fire ring. directly across the lake is undeveloped state forest land for the ones that like to explore. shopping and night clubs are 2.5 miles away. shuttle services are available for an additional fee.
