Welcome to paradise! Please enjoy the double waterfront views. Relax and unwind on the balcony whilst enjoying perfect sunset views. Go for a dip in the turquoise sea or a swim in the largest pool on the boulevard. Silver soft sand between your toes as you enjoy beach walks with dolphins, sting rays and the occasional manatee. Enjoy tranquility on the quietest section on the beach for miles. 6 restaurants, 4 bars, all within a 5 min walk and many more a short drive away. Let the children play at the playground 5 min walk away or play Pirate mini golf 5 min drive away. Take a day on one of many of many local and beautiful golf courses or take in the night life in St Petersburg (30 min by car) or downtown Tampa (40 min by car). In this modern and newly renovated condo you will find 3 bedrooms and two full bath with sleeping space for 8 people. You will have everything you need in the kitchen and a lovely dining space, both inside and outside on the balcony. A gym is located in the clubhouse together with a ping pong table, billiards table, air hockey and a library. Both coal bbq and gas bbq are available with a view over the beach. Coin laundry and dryer is located on the same floor. You will also have your own parking spot. Welcome to paradise!
