Everything listed about the place was very accurate. What a beautiful property and will be recommending all my family and friends to book this property. Most definitely will be back for another stay soon. The owners were very responsive and offered many tidbits about were to eat and explore.

Excellent property! Well maintained and excellent staff. We've been coming to St Maarten for almost 40 years, and this is one of our favorites. Easy access to both Simpson Bay restaurants as well as the beach. Love the swim up bar!

This was a magical vacation and our accommodations could not have been better. Clean, roomy, perfect for our family of 4. Short walk to a small grocery store to stick our fridge. Central location to a number of wonderful restaurants and activities. And best of all, the beach right at our doorstep. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had, very easy process. A 10/10!!

This was the perfect location for our vacation base. The views of the beach and bay from the living room/kitchen were fantastic, and being on the ground floor made it so easy for our kids to go to and from the beach and pool as much as they'd like. Well-stocked kitchen, we cooked dinner a few nights as well as breakfasts and some lunches, never lacking any equipment. The apartment was spotless on our arrival. Thank you for a great week!

This place is awesome!!!!

We have stayed at various islands and Mary Ellen and Matthews place is the BEST one. Easy 25 step walk to the beach. This place was the best by far. If we ever get back to this wonderful island I hope we can stay there again. Great condo guys!!!!

Our Condo was well decorated, clean, and had everything we needed. View of Simpson Bay was really nice. Friendly staff throughout the resort. Van was an excellent host and responded to our emails.

Amazing time and people

Fantastic Unit for 5 adults. Been coming to St. Maarten for 20 years and with the new renovations to this property, it is one of the best places to stay! Everyone we met were very accommodating, friendly and fun to be around.

Great Condo!

Great condo for 4 people! The property has nice amenities with walk out patio access to the beach. Property is within walking distance of many grocery stores, restaurants, and bars. Mary Ellen was very receptive to adjusting our stay and providing us with great information.

Great Place

We have stayed at this unit a few times over the years and it never disappoints. Being a 1st floor unit, you literally walk to the beach/pool/bar/gym in seconds. The owner is wonderful and the place is always clean. When you know you will have great accommodations, the vacation is even better!
