This luxury residence is a Sunday-to-Sunday weekly rental. You may “BOOK NOW" ONLY if you are booking a Sunday-to-Sunday stay. Otherwise, if you are looking to book less than the full Sunday-to-Sunday week, please submit an INQUIRY letting me know which dates you wish to book. Depending on the week, I may be able to accommodate a shorter stay at a slightly higher nightly rate. I respond to most inquiries within 2 hours.

This 1 Bedroom/1 Bath Suite has recently been updated with new furnishings, fixtures, and decor. The unit features a gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, living room with fireplace, flat-screen TV, DVD and CD player, one master bedroom with King bed, fireplace, & stone tile bath and either a balcony or a patio. Complimentary wireless internet access is available in all rooms.

Services & Amenities: Rental includes transportation to/from Aspen Airport, Local Shuttle Service, Housekeeping & Bike/Ski Valet, as made available by the resort. Resort Fee Paid Upon Booking: Includes use of all resort amenities - common area Pool, Hot Tubs, daily continental breakfast, Fitness Center and WiFi. $40/night for a Studio, $50/night for a 1 Bedroom, $60/night for a 2 Bedroom, $70/night for a 3 Bedroom, $80/night for a 4 Bedroom. Optional Fees: $40/night parking fee, $200 king to 2 twin beds conversion fee. No Rollaway beds are allowed. Crib rentals may be arranged through the concierge.

Great Location!

We loved our stay at the Grand Hyatt, Aspen. You can't find a better location in the area. The staff and hotel are exceptional. Stayed here the last 2 summers and will stay here again! Can't wait to go back.

ANOTHER GREAT TRIP TO ASPEN

Another amazing trip to Aspen at the Hyatt Grand Aspen and through Tami. We have been using Tami and coming to the Hyatt in Aspen for the last 6 years (twice this year already). Each and every time has been great. Would stay no other place. Perfect location, luxurious, and well managed. Great destination for families of all ages. Tami is trustworthy and great to work with always making it easy to find the right accommodations with no hassles. Will book again soon.

Great Accommodations!

This property was great from start to finish! Shuttle service picked us up from the airport. Check in was flawless and staff was very friendly. Able to get our ski rentals right there on property which was very convenient. And the accommodations exceeded our expectations. Everything you could want for a relaxing stay! The location of this property couldn't be better.......everything that we wanted was within walking distance, but if you do not want to walk the shuttle service was very prompt and friendly! Would highly recommend this property and will stay there again when we return to Aspen!!

Convenient luxury

We could not have been happier with our stay! The living room and bedroom were spacious and beyond comfortable. (Our two year old loved running from room to room and seeing what was behind all the doors :).) The patio was a great space to start the morning with coffee and close the day amidst the mountain air. In short, we had everything we needed and more. Tami was great to work with, and the Hyatt staff was so warm and welcoming in each encounter. We will come back as soon as we can!

Always the best option in Aspen

I try not to stay anywhere else when I come to Aspen. This particular unit is tricky, as it is probably most successful in a 2 or 3 bedroom configuration. Because this was in this particular 1 bedroom configuration, I was forced to walk a flight of steps to get to the bedroom, and the only bathroom in the unit. I think it is possible to configure a 1 bedroom on one level, but this wasn't the case. Live and learn, but having said that, there is no better location and overall experience in town.

Excellent lodgings

This spot was true luxury! Every spot we stayed in after was just a disappointment. Only downside is that though it was a highly equipped kitchen, there is only salt and pepper. Don’t think you are actually expected to cook.

Our room here was excellent! We had a large balcony we could sit on that overlooked the beautiful pool area and had a wonderful view of the mountains! It was very spacious, especially for only two of us. The location was excellent as well! We could walk everywhere downtown. Would definitely stay here again!!

We were so pleasantly surprised by this condo! It was perfect for the three of us. Well appointed - clean - lovely. The next door neighbors were pretty loud on Saturday morning - that would be my only complaint. They talked at volume 44 very close to the adjoining door and we could hear the entire conversation quite clearly.

Large unit in a great location

This was a large well appointed 1br apartment right at the base of the lifts. The property was a tad dated but well maintained and very close to all the goings on in Aspen

Wonderful Stay at Hyatt Grand

The staff at the property was great. Very thoughtful, welcoming, and helpful all around. The location of the Hyatt Grand is fantastic. So easy to walk everywhere and right in the middle of everything. The rooms and the pool area were nice - all with a perfect view of the mountains. We had a few needs early on in the stay and Tami was very responsive and helpful on them, and was great to work with!

Skiers paradise!

We love the place, one of the best location in Aspen, in the hart of everything. If I have to complain about something, was the noise in the bedroom 24 hours a day, was a noise by the window and sound like a water running.

Great stay

We just returned from an amazing week in Aspen. The property and staff were extremely responsive and nice. Unit was perfect for my wife and two teenage daughters. Property is located right downtown and across from the shuttle, so no need for a rental car. I would rent through Tami anytime.

Wonderful week at Grand Aspen Hyatt

The wife and I had an awesome week of snow skiing staying at The Hyatt Grand Aspen. The one bedroom was very spacious with nice bedding, full kitchen, fireplace and the master bathroom very nice. We utilized the Hyatt's shuttle service and the staff on hand were very helpful with tips where to eat and what to do. The property is located in the heart of the city, close walk to the Gondola. Thanks to our agent, Tami Brown who suggested a vacation to Aspen and the Grand Hyatt was the perfect home away from home. R&H

Already planning our next visit!

For us (my wife & me), this place was perfect. Extremely well located, great walkability, clean, classy, comfortable, and lots of amenities. Aspen and the surrounding valley holds something for everyone. Our days were filled with challenging recreation and our evenings with great dining options, live entertainment, strolling, shopping, or relaxing in our spacious room. Having the ability to prepare meals and do laundry in our room is a definite perk, too. Booking with Tami was seamless and very professional. Don't forget your camera, the scenery is stunning!
