This was a beautiful spot to sit and soak in nature and the peaceful waters of Lake Bryan. Close to all things Traverse City, Sleeping Bear,and Suttons Bay Area.Would definitely visit again.

We were really disappointed with our stay at Bryan Lake Hideaway and ended up checking out early to stay in a hotel. When we arrived, it was clear the cabin hadn't been cleaned well. There was thick dust and old cobwebs all over the floors and open shelves and dead bugs on the window sills It was bad enough that the cups and bowls on the shelves had debris and dead spiders inside them, and the kitchen sink barely had any water pressure.We reported this right away, but nobody came to look at it until the next day. To make things worse, whoever management sent left our back door wide open while we were out, which was a huge safety concern for our belongings.( didn't fix the water pressure and washed a few cups and left on counter) The final straw was coming back one night to find ants completely covering the beds. At that point, we couldn't stay there anymore.The management company did communicate with us and gave us a partial refund which we appreciated. However, the refund doesn't change the fact that the poor maintenance and bugs was a inconvenience on our vacation.

Beautiful location

The home is very cute and cozy!! It was the perfect size for our family of four. The beds were very comfortable! Our son loved using the paddle board to go fishing in the calm pond. The neighborhood is very quiet. The deck was the perfect spot to sit and enjoy the lake. The view from the windows overlooking the lake was so peaceful. The Lake Ann area is just beautiful. We felt as though the home is in a perfect location to go explore the Dunes or to go to Traverse City. If you plan on exploring the Northern Michigan area, this home is the perfect in between spot to do all of that!

The bedrooms were small and tight for space. Unable to maneuver around the room with very little storage space for clothing. The bathroom was very small and the water pressure was poor. The toilet was not secured to the floor. No Wi-Fi the whole time there. Even the television had issues with connecting to the internet. There was no router in the home. Disappointed by the description and cost to stay.
