Fantastic stay! The property was spotless, beautifully kept, and in a great location. Our host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and was incredibly responsive and helpful. Everything was easy from check-in to check-out, and the thoughtful touches made a big difference. We truly enjoyed our time in Vancouver and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay. We were in Vancouver for our son’s wedding with both grandmother’s. Gavin’s house provided lots of room for reading and watching TV independently. The supply of items like coffee, shampoo, soaps and other items was plentiful. Close to the airport for good access. We would gladly return.

The host is wonderful - very quick to respond to questions and helpful. The location was great for us (grown children/family). There is a Save On supermarket within a couple of blocks and a good thai restaurant about a block away. We had one SUV and parking was never a problem. There is a washer and dryer on the first level (requested hours from 8 am - 10 pm, which were fine for us.

Beautiful house and Wonderful Host

The house was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay. Special mention to the host who took care of us throughout our stay. I would highly recommend and highly rate this beautiful house and host.

This house was perfect for our family of 10. We really appreciated the snacks, beverages, and fruit provided upon check in. Kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked. There were 2 separate sitting areas which allowed our kids to be in one and the adults in the other. The addition of the laundry was much appreciated. The bedrooms were spacious. The location was perfect for us. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Vancouver.

Pre-cruise Stay

We were an extended family of seven staying four nights in Vancouver before a cruise. The property is lovely and a great location with convenient parking for our rental cars. Gavin was an excellent host - gracious, prompt in responses, and accommodating. Would definitely recommend staying at this property.

Excellent stay in Dunbar

This house had everything my extended family could have needed during our stay. It was extremely clean, comfortable and even had a great selection of food provisions to welcome us. Gavin was very easy to communicate with and responded promptly. Would highly recommend.

Huge house, great location, responsive host

The house has tons of space, it’s close (by car) to many attractions (great cafe 2 minute walk away), and Gavin was delightful! He left us snacks and drinks, and when we had a couple of small issues, he was immediately available to help us and was very kind. W recommend!

An amazing piece of property in the heart of Dundar. Gavin put a lot of thought into this property and how to accommodate large families w/ kids. The small touches with the stuffed animals and snacks for the families were above our expectations. Communication was also on timely and did their best to adhere to our requests. 5 stars! There is no word to describe how pleased we were walking in to find the house spic and span with so many treats and amenities. My family felt very comfortable. The children loved the many board games . We would definitely be back soon, just wish we could have spent more time before the cruise. Love the quiet neighborhood and the many little restaurants and coffee shop/bakery just around the corner. Highly recommend this wonderful host Gavin to all prospective renters also!

Beautiful vacation home

This is my first time booking a vacation home in Canada. I am extremely pleased with the service provided by Gavin. The house was very clean when we arrived. We were welcomed with snacks, drinks, and fruit, all completely free. There were plenty of cooking ingredients in the kitchen. The house is located in a very nice neighborhood. We will definitely come back to this home and recommend it to our friends.
