Peaceful Waterfront Cottage

One of just a few cottages on Sandy Bottom Lake in Turner. Private entry road to this quiet and relaxing lake, with no motorboats allowed and no public access. Great swimming and fishing from the canoe, paddleboat, dock or shore. Floating raft, kayak, canoe, and paddleboat available for use. Suitable for a family of 4 using the living room sleeper sofa. Wake up to the sound of loons on the pond. Lots of privacy and plenty of parking off road. Less than a mile from the Turner Hannaford and just a few miles from Auburn. The cottage is built on a slope with a secure stairway to the waterfront. This is a new listing available after Jul 2, 2025. All booking requests require owner's approval.

One fry pan, two working burners, pond fed water, no Internet, very musty, one fan, no bath towels, felt like I went to fishing camp. Over sixty stairs from driveway to the pond, cobwebs and spiders, not secluded.. neighbors on one side within 20 ft and other about 40. Very misrepresented..... No I wouldn't refer anyone to rent this camp..
