The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Kindly take trash out and put bin near the driveway for pick up upon checking out.
Notify host upon checkout. We'll turn the alarm on once you confirm departure.
Turn the AC/ HEATER off or change temperatures to Heater < 65 AC >85 to conserve energy.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests 21+ only. IDENTIFICATION Required 72 hrs before check-in. Garage &amp; mail off limits. No smoking, vaping, parties or large events allowed.
Only registered guests overnight, visitors ok in daytime. Pets $200 fee, no paws on beds/furniture. Trash Thursday night for Fri pickup at driveway.
No lawn parking, $500+ fee for damage. Large trucks street park only. Long stays: cleaning every 14 days, extra utilities billed if excessive.

Very clean house and a great stay. We came in town for a swim meet at FAST. It is a 30 min drive from the facility and a bit off beaten path but worth it for us with a nice stay. Recommend!

Fantastic House!

Nice visit to Ocala

We rented this house because we went to a concert in Ocala. The house was convenient to where we were going and it was nice, comfortable, and clean. There is graffiti on the side of the house across the street, but we felt safe. There was not enough silverware or coffee cups, I did let the owner know. There are cameras on the outside of the house. The house sleeps 8 and I booked for 5 adults. We had 3 friends get tickets last minute to the concert and join us since we had room for 3 more people. I got a message after I checked out stating that it "appeared" that we had more than 5 people staying with us and bill for additional per person charges of 30 per person per nite. I have never had this happen before, I assumed that since the house slept 8 I could have my extra friends stay with us last minute. Lesson learned.

As stated in both our listing and VRBO’s policy, all guests must be disclosed at the time of booking. Adding additional guests without prior approval and without updating the reservation is not allowed and may result in extra charges. While we typically provide coffee mugs rather than paper cups, we appreciate your feedback and will begin offering paper cups moving forward for added convenience. Apologies that we didn’t earn a 5-star review due to the guest fee issue. We’d be thrilled to host you again and hope to fully meet your expectations next time.

What makes my property special? It’s a modern home with plenty of space, but the real gem is the expansive fenced backyard. The all-paver patio is perfect for dining or lounging, with comfy plush chairs, sun loungers, and rotating chairs to enjoy the amazing outdoors. There’s ample space for fun activities, like playing with the little ones or cruising around on four-wheelers. The possibilities are endless, and I’m confident this is a unique experience that you won’t find anywhere else. Our property also offers the perfect balance of privacy—there are little to no neighbors—while being in a safe and welcoming community.
