Fully updated and remodeled Gotham Bay home 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Located in the private Pine Ridge Estates community with private beach and dock access. Cozy with pellet stove in downstairs living room. Property is on .5 acres with stunning lake views in all directions. Occasional deer in the backyard for those who love nature and wildlife. Easy 6 minute drive to Gozzer Ranch and 8 minutes to Huttons General Store. Relax and unwind with privacy and nature. There’s no dock or beach available per HOA. We have nice furniture in our home, so please be respectful. Any damage after your stay will result in a claim and negative review. Lastly, absolutely no pets. Our son is severely allergic to animals. Thank you for your understanding!
