Croix Vista is located on the South Shore of St. John high above Fish Bay, offering sweeping views from East to West of the Virgin Islands National Park, Fish Bay, Rendezvous Bay, the Caribbean Sea and, on a clear day, St. Croix.

This spacious, beautifully furnished and very comfortable two-level villa boasts these incredible views from every room. A generous parking area on the upper level offers direct access to the Great Room, home to a fully stocked granite and mahogany kitchen, an indoor dining area for up to eight guests, a cozy seating area and a half bathroom. Oversized, arched mahogany doors open to fantastic views and an 800 square foot coral stone partially covered deck with cushioned patio furnishings.

On either side of this common gathering area are two spacious and air-conditioned bedroom suites with king-sized beds and luxurious en-suite bathrooms. Both of these upper-level suites also open onto the deck and those incredible views!

Exterior coral stone stairs lead down to the lower level of Croix Vista where the floor plan is similar to the upper level. Here you will find a second kitchen and dining area and a larger living area/recreation room that hosts a wet bar and home theater system for maximizing your fun on an evening in!

Like the upper level layout, two large air-conditioned bedroom suites with king sized beds and en-suite bathrooms reside on either side of the lower level gathering space. One of these suites has access to the pool deck.

The lower level features a pristine 16’ x 8’ pool on a large coral stone patio that is partially covered with additional cushioned furniture for lounging. Both the upper and the lower level patios feature seating areas and outdoor grills with spaces to relax in the sun or the shade, surrounded by tropical breezes and sweeping views.
