Lovely traditional stone house in St Andrews, less than a mile from the famous old course at the home of golf.
Lots of things to do with family and friends in the town, at the beach, on the golf courses, in the garden.. all a walk or short drive away.
Enjoy East Sands beach with tasty toasties, our favourite chip shop Dino's, our favourite bar Criterion, a great putting green Himalayas, famous Jannettas ice cream, coffee at Balgove or just walk around the old streets.
The house sleeps up to 12 with 2 spacious living areas and garden. You can use the outside dining table and fire pit in the evening. We also have some boules and other garden games.
Number 50 is in a great location, 5 mins walk to Botanic Gardens, M&S food, a great chip shop, Spar, Aldi.. 10 mins to town pubs, cafes, restaurants, shops.. 15 mins to beaches, cathedral, golf.
The house has been recently redecorated. Photos of the living areas will be added soon.
The house is new to the market, therefore no reviews. The lower price reflects this, however it is well decorated, clean and in full working order.
A new boiler has been installed and the house has central heating. There are 2 baths with showers and 1 stand alone electric shower. There is plenty of hot water though the showers are not power showers.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Plenty of room. Great location for golf and city. Shower situation not ideal.

Thank you for the feedback Michael which we have acted on. Note for other guests, we have since put in a new shower room so there are now 3 bathrooms with shower facilities (1 en suite) plus one of the bedrooms has a bath. Thank you.
Our group of 4 golfers stayed 3 nights. We each had our own room. The living room, dining room and kitchen provide ample space. Communication with host Barry was excellent. The only issue we had was a drip behind the sink, but Barry promptly arranged for someone to come fix it. Barryrecrecommended
Pros: responsive and welcoming host; quick walk to town; lovely house, clean and comfortable rooms. Good selection of outdoor games for families get togethers.
Cons: none really, though make sure you read instructions for heating downstairs shower (in kitchen). Maybe worth adding that info to welcome folder. Also be aware that if you are there with much smaller kids there are quite a few ornaments around which have to be careful they might knock over (not an issue with our 3 going on 4 year old).
Overall, was good value for money and would recommend!
