You can sip your coffee from the top deck while watching the waves crash with an incredible gulf view. This home sleeps 14 and comes with a fully stocked kitchen including a second refrigerator downstairs. Only a 2 min walk to beach, Coast Bound includes all the amenities you need for both adults and kids, such as beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys, washer and cornhole boards, fire pit for cool nights, among many other games both indoor and outdoor. Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return hot tub to 95 degrees Set thermostat to 75 degrees Clean Grills Shake / Clean sand off all things If outdoor tv was used - Replace the cover, remote and the locks
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
