Our house is all new everything. It is so comfortable, cozy, and quiet. As always, we never compromise on comfort and bedding. This house is outfitted with furniture from Article and Pottery Barn, and 100% cotton sheets and bedding from Brooklinen.

House Layout:
Walking from the driveway, you can enjoy coffee in the covered porch that connects to the garage.

When you enter, you see the cozy living room and a stylish dining room with seating for 6.

3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom are down the hallways. There are 1 King bed and 2 Queen beds. There's a 55" Smart TV in the King bedroom.
All the beds are memory memory foam mattress with 100% cotton sheets from Brooklinen.

We have LG washer and dryers in the laundry room next to the kitchen with Tide laundry detergent for your stay.
Fireplace is electric with a remote.

All beds are memory foam mattress for a comfortable night's sleep.

Lovely home. It was so clean and in good condition we could have been the first guests after renovation. Able to walk to a local bar and grill in one direction and the "Creamy Whip" in the other. Convenient to Cincinnati. Short drive to any food or shopping. Quit neighborhood. Especially enjoyed the glassed in porch area. Beds were super comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Disappointing Stay

For starters, the neighborhood/area is very sketchy. Pulling up, the exterior of the home was in disrepair. The interior of the home was stained with cigarette smoke (beyond horrible odor) and the carpets were stained, dirty, etc. We found used banaids next to the bed. The grass was tall, and appeared to have also been neglected/not maintained. Overall, the home was VERY dirty and smelled. I contacted the host, who acknowledged the cigarette smell and dirty carpets. We had to find another place and cut our stay short. Unfortunately, we were not able to find another rental that was available until the 3rd day. I have been renting homes thru VRBO for trips for years, and this property is the worse rental.The description and photos do not reflect the property. I would not recommend this property or its location.

This review makes our house seem like it's run down and in a terrible neighborhood, and that is just not accurate. We have tons of reviews on other platforms and the listing description is accurate. The house looks just like the pictures. The house is in Mt. Washington and there is no crime or safety issues in the neighborhood. No smoking is allowed inside. The guest was complaining at check in and was offered a refund to leave same day but chose to stay.
