Unremarkable

The pictures on the website were deceptive. The home is in need of some tlc. The couch and rugs were quite dirty, some chipped tiles and the play area had weeds 2 ft. high. It was mowed near the end of our stay. For a home that is for 10 guests, only having 1 full and a partial roll of toilet paper in each bathroom was not sufficient. No dishwashing machine detergent or washing machine detergent provided, even though we were asked to run them both at the end of our stay. I found it odd that the thermostat was programmed to go to 76 ever 4 hours. I'm paying for a place I want to be comfortable. 72 was fine. All the appliances work good and I appreciated the mini fridge for drinks. The location was nice, near a variety of beaches. I actually liked the outside shower best because it has a hand held wand, which my husband needs as he's a amputee and has to sit in the shower. The inside showers did not have that. The house was disappointing. We made the best of it, but won't rent it again.
