The Space:

Welcome to an intimate space filled with comfort and charm! The space is efficient, functional and allows up to 2 guests at a time. Furry friends are also welcome!



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire Cottage for the duration of their booking dates to themselves.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet Midtown Neighborhood; close to downtown Omaha with nightlife, attractions, hospitals and restaurants.



Getting Around:

Car is best but Omaha offers bus system and sidewalks for walkers.



Other Things to Note:

Mail Service is not available at this location. We recommend PO Box and Amazon lockers for any mail or package service.



Interaction with Guests:

We prefer interacting on your booking platform but are available for calls/texts for urgent matters.
