The exclusive 4-room apartment with very high ceilings is furnished lovely. It's located on the second floor of a large original Art Nouveau building from 1900 in the popular Käfertal district. All rooms are elegantly reserved and radiate calmness. A balcony offers the opportunity for complete relaxation with a direct view of an idyllic backyard, typical for Mannheim. The 3 bedrooms are very spacious. The light, modern bathroom impresses with a spacious shower and bathtub. Thanks to the natural materials the bathroom is characterized by a very special organic aesthetic. The fully equipped, fitted kitchen is reserved in a timeless taupe and leaves nothing to be desired. A practical wardrobe/office offers enough space: not only for jackets, coats or shoes but also for larger items such as suitcases etc.
