Coming to Ocala to work or vacation or ride horses? This cottage is a wonderful retreat from the day. Easily accessible from all local venues (20 mins to WEC, 15 mins to FL horse park, 25 minutes to HITS, 1/2 mile from great restaurants on the square.) Very quiet neighborhood and has a front porch with chairs or a swing to enjoy the evening or morning sun. 2 car paved driveway makes parking always easy. House is fully equipped for cooking at home- full size fridge and all cooking utensils you should need. Spices and condiments are plentiful. Beds are new foam mattresses with crisp clean sheets. Ample hangers and sizeable closet in the master bedroom as well as one in the guest room. Washer and dryer should you need to do laundry while away. New couches with room for 6, so lots of room to spread out and watch tv. New smart tv with internet to watch your shows. Shampoo and conditioner and soap provided. Front key pad for entry to make keys not necessary.

Great little cottage in downtown Ocala. The house is just like the photos. We found it comfortable and a nice place to relax. I would stay here again.

beautiful house, very comfortable, quiet and peaceful. host is attentive. In a convenient location, not far from 75 as well. particularly liked the porch and the hanging bench. relaxing! wifi, hot water, AC all worked well. Brita filter pitcher was a nice surprise.

Sorry for the confusion. The thermostat can be controlled inside the house as well. I’ll leave detailed instructions for it to make it easier to operate!! It’s a smart thermostat and needs some help sometimes :)
