Enjoy what used to be Brookview Farm in 1940. You will find all the space you need in this beautiful Farmhouse to relax and still be minutes away from New Paltz.
With mountain views from the meadow where you can sit by Plattekill Creek makes a spectacular site. The back of the house has a beautiful Adirondack room with a wood stove and a hot tub. The living space is abundant so you can find a quiet place to read or a space to share stories.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We had a wonderful stay at the farm. It was the perfect place for our extended family to stay for a nearby reunion. Plenty of room, very clean and a wonderful large kitchen! The property and barns are absolutely gorgeous!

Wonderful family retreat only a short drive from downtown New Paltz. Stunning property with golden hour & sunset views.Fabulous kitchen with family sized island, farmhouse table, & stone fireplace. We loved cooking together and gathering there for meals. Hope to be back!!

This was the perfect place for my bachlorette. Everyone had a place to sleep comfortably and we were right by some amazing local places. Tiny hiccups only such as a sink that would not drain and the hot tub not getting hot/the top not being very stable. But those did not impact our stay at all we had such an amazing time and definitely plan to come back!

The house was very clean and love that it was pet friendly and the dogs had plenty of room to run around . The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed to cook breakfast. Very much enjoyed our stay!

Wow! What a great place! It’s like taking a step back in time to an old fashioned farmhouse but with all the modern amenities! Anything we needed was there. Great location too. The host replied quickly with any questions we had. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely go back!

Great location; great space

The property was great for our family's long weekend get together. Lots of common space and good combination of bedrooms and bathrooms made it a good place to get together. Close proximity to downtown New Paltz gives easy access to grocery stores, coffee and restaurants.

Perfect Farmhouse for Family

Our stay was excellent. We had plenty of space to roam about in the house without tripping over each other. The property was and we would recommend it to anyone planning a family vacation! wonderful when we had family up for the day and were able to visit, eat, and talk. The house was clean and cozy

Beautiful property for a large or extended family. Lovely, spacious backyard with grill. Very large kitchen with appliances-except for a blender. Spacious and comfortable living room. The sun-room was a nice place to eat meals. There are two jacuzzis but the inside unit was out of order and the outside jacuzzi was crowded by overgrowth, so we didn’t use it.

Great weekend stay

This house was very clean and spacious. There was ample space for me and 7 family members. We loved exploring the property, which includes a nice little creek out back, and spent considerable time in the patio room. The host was responsive and clear with directions.
