Great Beach Vacation Spot

The house was exactly as described with good gathering space for family. The location was amazing and has a nice green space directly across the street. Best of all, communication throughout the process was top notch. We just got home, and our 5-year old grandson has already asked if we can go back!!

Great family friendly house

We stayed her with my in laws and our 14 month old son. It’s a great location and the house has everything you need and had essentials for our toddler. Close to camp watercolor and an easy walk or bike into seaside. Highly recommended Michelle and her house. We will be back!

Great stay property and location

Watercolor community is incredible for families. The house is walkable to a pool and not far from the pool/beach club. We ran into an issue with the golf cart, totally unavoidable, and the owners couldn’t have been more accommodating in handling the problem. I hope to bring my family every year for many years to come.

Location was great, host had great communication however house was dirty, not cleaned well before our stay. Blow dryers didn’t work.

As soon as this was brought to our attention, I offered to have fresh sheets delivered immediately or the cleaners return, and the cleaners were scheduled the next day. Regarding the blow dryers, we checked after your stay and found that one of the two dryers needed replacing, which has since been addressed. We truly appreciate your input as it helps us improve and ensure future guests have a great experience.

The property was in a perfect location close to all of the amenities. We enjoyed the golf cart and loved the front porch. There are tons of great beach chairs and beach umbrellas that we used daily. My only complaint is that we felt a little cramped. We had 6 adults and 2 teens and it was difficult to all get comfortable at night in the living room area to watch movies. Also, completely my fault for not checking, but there was no 1/2 bathroom.

2025 Watercolor Trip

We loved the location… we had kids from 4-10 years old and they love Camp Watercolor… this location is walking distance to it. In addition, the LSV (golf cart) allows you to easily get to the beach and all of the kids loved riding in it. If you have more than six like we did, the watercolor trolley can pick you up. They have an app and it is like uber. Everything is super easy and well done in the community and this house easily houses 6 adults and 4 kids. The communication with the hosts was ALWAYS super fast and any questions got immediately answered!

We enjoy traveling and creating special memories with our kids, and hosting gives us the opportunity to help other families do the same. We’ve put a lot of care into our home and love sharing it with guests who are looking to relax, recharge, and enjoy the beauty of Watercolor.
