Completely renovated water front property on Lake Worth. Jack on The Rocks is nestled in a quiet cove with two boat slips available for use and shallow beachfront area for wading. Jack on The Rocks featured lake views with a gorgeous open deck and sweeping views from a point on the edge of the water. The deck also features a Blackstone grill for cooking while enjoying the lake view. The garage has been converted to an entertainment area with a custom poker table/puzzle table, vintage slot machine, board games, and cornhole boards.

Good property right on the water. There was a weird incident with the alarm system but I was figured out very quickly

It started the second we opened the door. It smelled so strong of maple syrup that we gaged. We found an air freshener can and to oil diffusers that were maple syrup. We had to put them outside. Seemed like something was trying to be covered up?! Then It was safety issues…. The deck is a major risk, the door to downstairs open straight to steep stairs no land or anything and downstairs there is a brick deck were a fireplace use to be. All of which are major trip/fall hazards!! My grandson took a face plant on the deck and may loose his front teeth!!! Where in the middle of the long deck there is one step down and not marked in anyway for safety. I would say cleanliness was at about a 95% with lots of hair and dust bunny’s in the corners/under furniture.
