Welcome to your serene California Hills retreat in the East Bay. This recently built rental offers privacy in a two acre site, in a small gated community. With easy access to the 680 and Silicon Valley, or the vineyards of Livermore it is peaceful and very quiet. Enjoy outdoor living with patios, an outside kitchen and fireplace, 360 degree hilltop seating. Abundant parking, weekly housekeeping for longer stays, wifi, and utilities included. Electric car charger is also available.

Week stay for family wedding

The property was expansive for outdoor activities. Indoor there was pleanty of room for 2BR. Everything seems to be updated and in great shape. The owner was very helpful on a couple of questions I had. I look forard in staying here again.

Beautiful, spacious, and quiet

I stayed here during a canine search & rescue seminar. The photos don't do the property justice. The place is amazing. It's peacful (no freeway noise) in a gated neighborhood. It's a short 20-minute drive to stores and restaurants and closer to hiking trails. My host was gracious and helpful and supplied all the essentials plus some oranges from her trees. There's a good size fenced dog run too. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

Best Stay Ever!

This trip was a mix of work and vacation, and this place was perfect for that. Good WiFi connection and space for solitude/focus as well as to recharge. The house is more than what you see in the pictures. There are thoughtful inclusions that make the stay more welcoming like the tray of goodies and wine, quality olive oil and sapa, and well stocked everyday home items. We certainly felt at home. The location was ideal for us as it was nestled in the quite rolling hills of Sunol yet well connected to 680 and 84. Sarah was a great host. Very responsive and her communications were clear. We would love to stay again. A hui hou!

Artful retreat in the Livermore countryside

We loved our stay there. Everywhere you looked inside was a treat. Beautiful vignettes adorned each space. We loved soaking in the warmth of the living room fire during rainy day happy hours. All the household appliances and kitchenware were amazing quality. Everything was. And the surrounding countryside views with the emerald hills was a perfect setting for all your outdoor patios. Despite all the rain we managed to enjoy several happy hours basking in the sun on your upper patio. In warmer weather, I can imagine the fun of cooking in the outdoor kitchen and enjoying a meal around the ambiance of the fireplace.

Exquisite home

This charming home will exceed all your expectations. Not even the smallest detail is overlooked from European soaps to thick thirsty towels, every imaginable kitchen item, designer dishes, chef style knives... you think of it and it was there. We especially loved the multi level stone terraces offering different gorgeous views of rolling hills and wildlife. Perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee and evening wine. If you are looking for a getaway spot this is your place for beauty, serenity and relaxation. Our host, Sarah made us feel so welcomed with treats and information and later fresh fruits and veggies from her garden. I will never forget our stay there and hope our travels bring us back.
