Whether you're here to hit the slopes or simply unwind, this home offers a warm, inviting base for all your mountain adventures. Book your stay and experience the magic of the mountains!
Kitchen: The kitchen has a full size fridge, microwave, 2 burner electric cooktop, drip coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, pots and pans, utensils, plates, cups, bowls. The kitchen provides all essentials needing for making meals in the apartment. Dining area seats 4 people and is adjacent to windows to enjoy the view of Old Mammoth Rd.
Living Room: Living room boasts a couch that can fold out into a full bed for extra sleeping space (linens provided). Boot trays are provided for ski boots, hiking boots. Smart TV w/ Roku.
Bedroom: Bedroom has a queen bed (all linens provided), dresser, large windows (with blackout curtains), sleeping sound machine, closet with hangers, and Smart TV w/ Roku.
Bathroom: Bathroom has a tub/shower, toilet, single sink.
Parking: Parking is free and for 1 car only. The parking is immediately outside the apartment in the parking lot.
Gear Storage: Ski and snowboard locker is available on the front porch.
Noise: Snowplows will be plowing both sides of the building when needed during day or night (during storms). Noise potential from other guests.
Internet: Internet connectivity and wifi is not guaranteed due to provider and mountain weather.
Transportation: Free year-round town shuttle stop (red Line) is 1/2 block away. Shuttle takes you to the Village and Main Lodge or you can transfer lines and go to Canyon Lodge. Eagle Lodge seasonal shuttle picks up/drops off across the street.
Location: Restaurants are next door and more within walking distance. Vons grocery store is 5 minutes walk. Eagle Lodge- 5 min drive, Main Lodge 13 min.
Cameras are located on the walkways and garages to monitor snow load.

The trip was both vacation and work. Unfortunately, the first night the internet was down. The communication on status was good, and the guys had it up and running by that evening.I would not describe the unit as cozy but there was lots of room, comfy bed, a full-size closet, good shower. The room heaters worked very well but floor was very cold. Parking, access to the unit and location were great. We would probably rent there again in the summer for a bicycling trip.

We really enjoyed staying here! Thank you! It was very easy to access places in town and it was a clean, comfortable place for the two of us. Our host made it easy to check-in, and communicated with us when there was an unexpected SoCal Edison power outage, letting us know what was going on. The kitchen had what we needed for making our meals as we had not planned on baking. We would definitely stay in this lovely place again.

This property was the perfect homebase for our stay in Mammoth Lakes. It's a super accessible first floor apartment with the parking right outside the door. No stairs to climb. The location is very close to restaurants, grocery stores, town shuttles, etc. This apartment was attractive, compact, clean, and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay.

The apartment is steps away from popular restaurants and shops. The free town shuttle bus is a 1 minute walk away which gives access to Mammoth Mountain lodges, Lakes Basin, Reds Meadow. The nearest grocery store is a 5 minute walk.
