Apartment is located in completely renewed Mediterranean Stone Vila, in a center of Cavtat - a small Mediterranean village only 15 minutes away from Dubrovnik Old Town.
With just a few meters from the sea and a minute away from the nearest beach, it`s a perfect place to spend your holiday.
Apartment is in fact separated in two individual objects and separate object is for maximum 3 adults or totally 6 persons.
Each one has bathroom, kitchen, TV set, and terrace in garden with lemon and orange trees.
Parking place for your car is available and we can also arrange car hire.
Thanks for it`s location everything you need for a great holiday (sights, beaches, restaurants) is within a few minutes walk.
To our guests we can arrange transit to/from Dubrovnik Airport.

This place was amazing! We were welcomed with open arms and felt right at home. So much character and charm to the home. So close to all of the towns activities yet a little seclusion to the hustle and bustle. We would come back again in a heart beat. Our host was outstanding and very accommodating. You won't be disappointed!

Wonderful stay

Beautiful stone house

We had a great time in this cozy place. It's simple and has everything you need, the host's are very friendly and helpful. The location couldn't be better, beaches, shops and restaurants are just a few minutes away. I can only recommend to stay there if you're looking for a relaxing holiday.

Location! Location! Location! This place is right on the Cavtat promenade and only 20steps from restaurants, bakery, shops, grocery store, post office and most importantly- the gorgeous views of the Adriatic Sea! Swimming places are a few hundred meters away.Kati was very responsive to all my questions. WiFi didn’t work as well due to the thick stone walls.Parking is not easy in Cavtat- was able to leave car at a parking lot about a 5-10 minute walk away- can get a discount from the tourist board- must pay cash. 1 week was 100.Cavtat overall in general is loud- church bells ring and planes fly overhead. If you are a light sleeper- bring earplugs!Overall a great place to stay!

Great character apartment in super location!

Superb location in the heart of everything yet quiet. Wonderful character and all the facilities that we needed. Boats to Dubrovnik & islands are on the doorstep and quiet swimming spots are easy walk away. Snorkeling nearby is terrific. The extra bonus too was making a new friend in the very lovely Katica. She spoilt us rotten! Thank you Katica for your kindness. We would love to come back here. Linda and Steve

Beautiful Stay in Cavtat

Our stay with Ms. Nazlic was absolutely wonderful. She is a very kind and gracious host with a very beautiful home just meters away from the water. Her apartments are located right in the middle of the action in beautiful Cavtat, where we enjoyed delicious food, beautiful beaches, and perfect weather. We rented a boat and motored around the cove, and were able to take the local bus right into the heart of Dubrovnik, an absolutely gorgeous city. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is planning on visiting Croatia, as I do not think that you will find a more perfect place or a more hospitable host anywhere in the world!

Best Ever

Mt husband and I were most fortunate to find this magical apartment in Cavtat on VRBO. It is a great place to start a visit to Croatia, close to the airport on a lovely harbor with plenty of restaurants, glorious sunsets, and a boat trip to Dubrovnik easily accessible. We loved the apartment as well as Katice, our very very gracious hostess. We adjusted to our time change and the Croatian culture, and went on from here after a three nights stay. Highly recommended.

Lovely, cozy, classic apartment by the sea.

The property is exactly as advertised, if not better. It's just a short flight of stairs from the seaside promenade, and has all the classic stonework and charm of the rest of the village. Katica was a gracious host, helping us out with information and setting up rides for us to and from the airport. She even brought us afternoon coffee and cake on the terrace. Thanks so much for your hospitality and the use of your lovely apartment, Katica!

Holiday in Cavtat

My girlfriend and I were twice in this apartment, in July 2010 and again in May 2012. Apartment is well equipped and has an excellent garden terrace. It's in center of Old Cavtat and everything is near. Cavtat is charming small place with beautiful beaches and promenade with sunset, excellent for holiday for two. From our first meeting it was clear that Katica is a good friend to her guests and also a skilful host. We've love it and we shall come again!

An oasis of calm in the heart of Cavtat's old town

We recently enjoyed our first trip to Croatia and stayed at this lovely apartment in the heart of Cavtat's old town. It is just a few steps away from the bustling action of the port with its cafes and restaurants and yet it remains an oasis of calm. Katica and Duje were gracious hosts who provided a warm welcome and could not have done more for us during our stay. We were looking for a relaxing holiday away from the stresses of our everyday lives and this is exactly what we found. You can take the ferry to the hustle and bustle of Dubrovnik which we did, but at the end of the day we were glad to get away from the masses and back to the relative quiet of Cavtat. We hope to return to this beautiful place.

A little piece of heaven

As soon as I saw the photo's of the property I loved it. However, the photo's do not do it justice, it is a stunning old building. With so much character and the patio under the arches with cobbled floor was perfect. Ideal for any meal anytime of the day or just coffee and cake listening to the birdsong. Katica is a beautiful soul, I so enjoyed our chats, she also makes lovely cakes and would do anything to help you. She is very knowledgeable of the area and kindly arranged a taxi to take us to the airport at a reduced rate You really need to see this property to appreciate it and it's very generous kind host Katica. I wanted to bring her home. Thank you so very much Katica you made our stay perfect, hope to return. Take care Liz & Bryce

Amazing apartment, great location, welcoming owners

Katica welcomed us on our arrival, which we have to thank Duje for organising our transfer from the airport. Katica showed us to the apartment, which was just a few steps up from the harbour front, it was very hot so nice to sit in the cool of the terrace. The apartment is very old and steeped in history, which Katica told us a little about it and her family ties. The owners are close enough to help with fans and advice where to eat. Katica even brought us home made cake and goats cheese washed down with honey brandy, which made us feel like part of the family and very at home. We did not cook in the apartment other than toast and tea, as there are dozens of fine restaurants within a few steps. We thank Katica and her family for making us feel so welcome, we shall return to see our kind friends. Ian & Trish xx

A fine rental in a great location

We stayed in this unit for 5 nights in June 2016. The space is comfortable and quite functional. The bed was comfortable and the linens were high quality. The kitchen was quite usable with a stove and oven and we made our own breakfast there most days. A washing machine is available within the unit and a drying rack is available for drying your clothes. Unfortunately while we were there, Cavtat was unusually rainy so it took awhile to dry clothes and the unit was a little damp due to the high humidity. Still it's awesome to stay in a place that is 500+ years old. The unit is about 15 steps down to the sidewalk along the edge of the harbor and many nice restaurants and bars are available within minutes. The harbor brings in a number of larger yachts and it's fun to observe "how the other half lives". There are two peninsulas on either side of the harbor and each makes for a nice AM or evening walk. Boats, taxis or buses can take you to the nearby Dubrovnik in short order. The boats take 45-60mins to get to Dubrovnik but it's a nice, scenic ride. Kate, the owner is as nice a woman as you'll ever meet. She was very sweet and made us Sunday cake one morning. She also left a nice chocolate bar for my wife and shared a drink with us one evening. Her friendliness and helpfulness only added to an otherwise pleasurable experience.

Charming 500 year old property in perfect position

We recently stayed in this property for 9 days. The apartment is in the most wonderful position, just up a few steps up from the beautiful harbour in Cavtat. It could not have been in a better position for us. Although you are quite close to some restaurants you are not disturbed by noise at all thanks to the 500 year old stone walls. The gardens are lovely, and the attached chapel has to be a first among our many rentals. Our studio was spotlessly clean, and consisted of living room/bedroom, small but adequate kitchen if you are eating out most of the time, and bathroom with corner shower. Katica the owner lives upstairs during the summer months, and was so lovely and helpful.She is there if you need anything, but is never intrusive. Katica told us about a free concert she was going to one evening, so we went along and it was very good, we would have never known about it without her local knowledge. One constructive comment is there are two apartments in this house, but only photographs of one of them. We were in the smaller studio that is not photographed, and were initially a bit disappointed as we were expecting the other one. Best to have both apartments photographed so guests know exactly what they are getting before they arrive. Fabulous stay though, in a gorgeous property, in a really beautiful harbour town, would highly recommend to friends, and hope to be back one day.

What can I say, what an amazing stay at a beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. We stayed in the new apartment which was well equipped, comfortable, bright and spotlessly clean. The apartment is just steps away from the harbour which is a fascinating place to sit and watch the yachts. There are numerous bars and restaurants and the beach area for swimming is only a couple of minutes away. Cavtat is a wonderful place and just the right size for there to be plenty to see and do without it being too busy. A boat trip to Dubrovnik is a must. Finally the best part is the lovely owner Katica. She makes you so welcome with a cold beer. She is on hand to advise you about all aspects of the apartment and the area . She serves coffee and cake with a huge smile. She genuinely really cares about your stay in her apartment, a beautiful soul. I cannot recommend these apartments and Cavtat more highly. You will not be disappointed.

L'appartamento indicato non era purtroppo disponibile per il periodo richiesto ma Katica e Duje ci hanno proposto in alternativa un appartamento (n° 3) nella loro meravigliosa casa di pietra. Non avendo richiesto preventivamente le foto dell'alloggio l'accesso alla casa è stata una (piacevole) sorpresa: un mini-appartamento per 2 persone nuovissimo, con spazi ben attrezzati e tutto l'occorrente: frigo, televisore, lavatrice, stoviglie ed un piccolo spazio esterni arredato e riservato. Davvero delizioso. Unico problema: il caldo estivo della Croazia richiede l'installazione di un impianto di condizionamento. Il ventilatore fornito non rinfrescava a sufficienza tutta la casa e le grandi finestre non erano ancora schermate. La casa però è perfetta sia per la disposizione che per la posizione: 15 scalini e si arriva sul lungomare di Cavtat con porticciolo, bancomat, ristoranti, bar e supermercato vicinissimi. E uno splendido panorama della penisola. Spiagge, terrazze e scogli sono raggiungibili in 10 minuti in ogni direzione. La macchina non è proprio necessaria anche perchè il centro di Cavtat è isola pedonale. I proprietari Katica e Duje sono stati ospiti gentilissimi e disponibili per ogni richiesta, compreso il transfert da/per l'aeroporto. Sistemazione assolutamente consigliata

Sehr schön gelegen, stilvolle Wohnung, nette & sprachgewandte Vermieter, Bad gewöhnungsbedürftig

Wunderschön gelegene, sehr saubere Wohnung, sehr alt mit vielen tollen Details, direkt in der Altstadt und dennoch Möglichkeiten sich zurückzuziehen. Bars, Restaurants und Strände fußläufig sehr gut und in großer Auswahl zu erreichen. Zu unserer Wohnung gehörte eine schöne überdachte Terrasse, auf der wir den Tag ausklingen lassen konnten. Durch das dicke Mauerwerk ist die Wohnung auch ohne Klimaanlage sehr gut bewohnbar. Positiv auch die Fliegengitter vor allen Fenstern, so kann nachts problemlos das Fenster offen bleiben. Tagsüber lässt sich alles sehr gut verdunkeln. Die Verständigung mit Katica und Duje ist ausgesprochen nett, es gibt viele Hinweise und Tipps für die Region und auch zum Abendprogramm auf der Promenade. Ein großes Minus sprechen wir dem Bad in der Wohnung aus. In der Anzeige wird das Bad einer anderer Wohnung abgebildet. Zu dieser Wohnung gehört allerdings ein Bad im 70er Jahre Charme, Duschvorhang statt Duschwand, Acrylwanne, die sich beim Betreten durchbiegt und fehlende Verfugung sowie gebrochene Fliesen an den Wänden. Gewöhnungsbedürftig auch die fehlende Deckenschalldämmung, wodurch jegliche Bewegung der Vermieter im Obergeschoss nach unten drangen. Hinweis für Alle, die mit dem Auto anreisen: Das Auto bleibt außerhalb der Innenstadt auf einen zentralen (gut frequentierten) Parkplatz stehen. Das Gepäck muss zur Wohnung getragen werden, was durch die Unterstützung von Duje kein Problem war. Eine Parkkarte erhält man für ein geringes Entgeld vom Vermieter und kann dann so oft kommen und fahren, wie man möchte.

Das nenne ich Urlaub!

Die Wohnung ist urig und gemütlich und obwohl sie zentrumsnah liegt ruhig und erholsam. Es ist in Wohn-/Schlafzimmer ebenso wie in der Küche und im Bad alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Vermieterin ist einfach super nett! Immer mit Informationen zur Hand, wenn man eine Frage hat hilft sie promt und freundlich. Sie spricht gut Deutsch und Englisch, es gibt also keine Verständigungsprobleme. Der ruhige Innehof lädt tagsüber und abends zum draußen sitzen ein. Cavtat ist ein sehr schöner Küstenort, die Strandpromenade lädt zum Bummeln ein und bietet neben vielen Shops zahlreiche unterschiedliche Restaurants mit heimischer und internationaler Küche. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

Excellent place to stay

If you are looking for a place to stay around Dubrovnik, this is the place. It is located in the cool town of Cavtat away from the crowds of Dubrovnik. The accommodations were perfect for us on our honeymoon. The host was very welcoming and was a pleasure to talk to. She made our stay memorable. From this location, there are plenty of places to eat/drink within short walking distance. Also, it is an easy bus trip to Dubrovnik from this location. This apartment and town are highly recommended.

Lovely apparment, lovely setting, lovely welcome.

From the arranging of the taxi from the airport (at a discounted rate), through a cold beer on arrival, to occasional cake on the terrace, and to the taxi at the end Katice made us very welcome with no fuss. The apartment is literally 15 steps from the main harbour-side at Cavtat but is very quiet owing to the very old walls. It was clean, very well equipped, comfortable (although the linked single beds were a bit unusual), with loads of character, and the terrace was a super place to spend time. We also enjoyed Tom and Sophie, the two tortoises in the garden area - and maybe one day we will see a little tortoise too! We will come again!

Wonderful place to stay in Old Town Cavtat

We loved this apartment! It is in the perfect position, just above the main Riva in Cavtat - and makes the perfect base for exploring wonderful Cavtat! The host Katija was amazing - always available and so friendly and helpful - and even baked us a couple of cakes! We also loved the accommodation - such character and with everything we needed - and a lovely outside patio! We would definitely recommend this and will love to stay there again next time!
