About this property

Private pool w/ slide, hot tub, and firepit! Near National Parks!

Casa Del Sol is a luxury oasis in the desert with views all around. Featuring private swimming pool with a slide, a hot tub, ample furniture, and games, our newly built home is ideal for friends and family.

*Pool is now available! We will keep it heated to a comfortable temperature from March 1st-October 31st for no extra charge!

The large, open living area has plenty of space for a large group. Comfortable furniture, fast Wi-Fi, a large smartTV, and games are available in the living room. Even a poker table!

The large kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to cook your meals and plenty of seating for everyone!

This home has three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, smartTV, ensuite bathroom, and separate entrance to the back porch.

The primary bathroom features a double vanity, a large shower with double showerheads, and a walk-in closet. Pack n play is provided for smaller guests.

The second bedroom has a king-sized bed and a futon sleeper sofa for extra guests. It also has a smartTV, a separate entrance to the back patio, and an ensuite bathroom.

The second bathroom features double vanities and a walk-in shower with double showerheads.

The third bedroom can fit up to 6 sleepers with our queen-over-queen bunk bed and pullout trundle underneath. (3 queen-sized mattresses)

The third bathroom is next to the bunk room and has a tub/shower combo.

The private backyard has a private swimming pool with water slide, luxury hot tub, grill, firepit, and lounging spaces to enjoy the red rock views and do some star gazing.

Two parking spaces are available in the garage as well as ping pong, axe throwing, and a treadmill.

The washer and dryer are available for use during your stay as well.

*Pool is open March 1-October 31. Pool will be heated to a comfortable temperature for no extra cost.

Kanab is situated just South of Bryce Canyon National Park, East of Zion National Park, North of the Grand Canyon North Rim, and West of the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument. The Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park and Jackson-Flat Reservoir are also nearby. With hiking trails, slot canyons, mountain biking, and countless ATV trails there is something for everyone to enjoy!

Zion and Bryce homecamp

Wedding party

This stay was in connection with the wedding of my daughter, which occured at Best Friends Animal Sanctuary. Part of the family stayed here, and the bride and her bridesmaids got ready there. We had a tub full of flowers and some. The place was spacious, quiet location, convenient. I highly recommend this place.

Awesome house in a nice quiet neighborhood

House was great...exactly as advertised. Owner communication was incredible, and the owner was amazingly flexible which was greatly appreciated by our group. Nice open layout for socializing, with 3 private bedrooms and bathrooms for the nights. Hot tub was great for relaxing after the day's activities. Ping-Pong and Axe Throwing were an added bonus. Would definitely recommend and will use again on our next trip to Kanab.

Wonderful property!

This home is beautiful! It is immaculate and well equipped. The furnishings are beautiful and comfortable. Everything inside and out is designed for comfort and relaxation. The house is close to many adventures and a great place to land at the end of the day. Check in and out was a breeze and communication with the property manager was excellent. This is one of the best properties I have ever stayed at. You will not be disappointed!

House was amazing! Kids enjoyed the ping pong table, ax throwing in the back yard, plus the other outdoor toys like balls to toss around. Perfect space for everyone to enjoy. Excellent location to all the things to do in the area. Host was amazing and assisted with a few glitches we had. Would for sure recommend this house and we'd come back in a heart beat.

We had a wonderful time at this property!! Easy to find, check in access was easy, communication was great and the house was as expected! Once at the location we were given the information for the pool and used it every day. Kanab is a great meeting point for the Utah family and the Arizona family. Loved our stay so much we have already booked again for September!
