The mgt was very responsive with our needs
Fully furnished. And well equipped with all the kitchen utensils and gadets like rice cooker, washing machine ,boiler, stove The amenities were excellent. Provded towels, soaps, coffee.The terrace was big with a good view. Will book again.

Sad to say but the property was totally neglected. The toilet is dirty and the shower pipe and towel rack are broken. The ac has very dirty filter that’s why it can’t cool the room. The pull out bed can’t be pull as there was no space to pull out the bed. Smelly closet/wardrobe and overall very disappointing

Thank you for your feedback. We regret that you had this experience during your stay. We take this very seriously and I'm glad to inform you that all these have sinced been addressed. The shower pipe and towel rack were replaced and a new glass divider has been installed in the toilet. The aircon has been serviced as well. More space is now available for the pullout bed after adjustment to the room layout wa made. Wardrove has been cleaned as well and an air freshner is installed. Again, thank you for your feedback, this helps us improve our service. Have a nice day!
