This Ten Mile Haus condominium is a 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath unit that Sleeps 4 people. The Bedroom is perfect for a couple, with a king size bed with new mattress in 2023 plus a walk in closet. Amenities in this unit include a Sofa Sleeper, Gas Burning Fireplace, Smart TV, DVD player, Free WiFi and a Full Size Kitchen. At approximately 610 square feet. The building provides community laundry facilities and underground heated parking. A short 3 min. walk gets you to the lifts, shops and restaurants of Center Village. Ten Mile Haus B6 is perfect for anyone looking for a cozy, comfortable unit, close to the slopes of Copper Mountain, at a great value! | Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit #BCA-72675 | One parking space per condo available on-site. Any additional vehicles have to park at the North Alpine Lot. Please note that Copper is now charging $20 per night for overflow parking.
