A lovely family home with lots of room, a two minute walk to the beach and fun.
Backyard Oasis perfect, peaceful with family game's and fun pool, hot tub, fire pit , corn hole, with kids toys beach toys ,surf boards , 10 bikes .Gas stove with dual ovens , settings for sous vide, air fry many more. Ice machine that makes Sonic ice.
Blackout curtains in master bedroom and den- perfect for sleeping late or movie day.
Want sweets? Benjamin's Bakery is short golf cart ride or not to far walking distance. The walk will be worth it - fresh baked breads and sweets made daily. Coffees, smoothies 😋. 5 min. walk to the new Surfside Beach fishing 🎣 pier & restuarants!!

Put all beach toys back were you got it from and wash it off free of beach sand .
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Never dive into the pool or hot tub ! Never leave children unattended.. Never take glass bottles or cups to the pool or hot tub .
No smoking or vaping at this property it’s a smoke free home. *No smoking inside home or outside of home property !
Put all pool toys , games and chairs back when not in uses .
