The location and owner were both fantastic. Very easy walk to beach and many restaurants. Really nice area and beach. The owner was top notch in terms of communication and responsiveness. There were truly only 2 private bedrooms. There was a third bedroom’ish area without a door - so no privacy. Also, would not recommend the steep stairs up to the bedrooms for really young children or someone with mobility challenges. That being said, the house worked well for us - and we really loved the very large and bright front room - great for us all to hang out together. We would definitely stay there again.

Minor hiccups that included there being toilet paper, paper towels, soap, not enough bath towels, silverware for only 3 people & zero cooking utensils. Arthur immediately had Walmart delivery our necessities within an hour, which were bath towels, hand soap and paper products. I had other guests bring cooking utensils down or we went out and bought some so we made due. Arthur was amazing throughout the whole week, super quick to respond and make good on my concerns. Needing to rely on cleaners to provide feedback, I don't want to 100% blame the owner for the hiccups. I rented for 5 days and we had an absolute blast. Perfect quiet location within walking distance to the beach and food. I would definitely rent again, but make sure to pack any kitchen utensils just to be safe. Only recommendation for renters is to bring a fan. It is difficult to get the air from the kitchen into the living room since that is the only air conditioner unit downstairs, and to bring your own beach gear. I will be considering this house again for our annual trip to the shore. 5 star fun!!
