Cozy living with private entrance. A Quiet place with parking in front. 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath, Work area, Great WiFi with your own router. Full kitchen with all the necessities. A large deck with a grill and garden. You can pick whatever is in season. Just a short walk (2 blocks) to BART and access to San Francisco, Berkeley and Oakland. Close to a Freeway entrance. Great restaurants within walking distance and Grocery store and Planet Fitness one block away.

Misleading description of property

It says it is a cottage, but it is just an addition to the house. We expected a separate structure due to that title. We could hear the tv through the walls. The host has dogs who bark right outside the door sometimes early in the morning.
