This house is located just 1 mile from beach and just few blocks from Mizner Park. The backyard is attach to a big park with basketball courts, tennis court, soccer field, children play grounds, walking and jogging trails and a small intercostal beach
The house has a heated pool, BBQ, covered patio with hummock and patio furniture.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms
Bed #1 has a king bed and bathroom in it Bed #2 has 3 twin beds, and Bed #3 has a queen bed. There is also a queen sized sofa bed in the living room giving you ample sleeping room for up to 8 people.
The house has been recently renovated with a new kitchen, new appliances and all new furniture with Thistle Flooring.
Located only 2 blocks from the house is a Publix supermarket and many restaurants and bars.
There are beach chairs, pool/beach towels and a beach umbrella to be use by our clients.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Nice , quiet area . Not so congested that you feel like you can’t go anywhere . we had a hiccup but reached out to the host and it was resolved in just a few hours . Home is spacious in all rooms , having the pool is great . Walking distance to parks and not a far drive to the beach . Will definitely stay here again if we come back to this area.

Beautifully located between Del Ray and Deerfield beaches. The parkNext door was amazing! Loved hiking the elevated trex walking path. The house is located on a dead end road - very private and quiet. Pool was 12/10! Great secluded back yard! Host was outstanding.

This place was perfect for our family holiday. Fully equipped with anything we needed. We were there for a week over Thanksgiving, even cooking thanksgiving dinner in a surprisingly well equipped kitchen.

Great family weekend

We had a great stay. The house was in a great location, close to shops and beach We have family at FAU and it was an easy drive to campus. Overall the house met our expectations and was fairly priced.

This house was perfect for our stay. Kitchen was fully equipped, open concept living which was great. The pool table was icing on the cake! Backyard had a beautiful pool. Even the neighbor was nice! Location was great - quiet block but close to everything. The park right next to the house was beautiful - we walked it every morning. We will definitely book again on our next visit.
