This house is located just 1 mile from beach and just few blocks from Mizner Park. The backyard is attach to a big park with basketball courts, tennis court, soccer field, children play grounds, walking and jogging trails and a small intercostal beach
The house has a heated pool, BBQ, covered patio with hummock and patio furniture.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms
Bed #1 has a king bed and bathroom in it Bed #2 has 3 twin beds, and Bed #3 has a queen bed. There is also a queen sized sofa bed in the living room giving you ample sleeping room for up to 8 people.
The house has been recently renovated with a new kitchen, new appliances and all new furniture with Thistle Flooring.
Located only 2 blocks from the house is a Publix supermarket and many restaurants and bars.
There are beach chairs, pool/beach towels and a beach umbrella to be use by our clients.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

This house was perfect for our stay. Kitchen was fully equipped, open concept living which was great. The pool table was icing on the cake! Backyard had a beautiful pool. Even the neighbor was nice! Located a short walk from Wyman Park and many shops and restaurants. The beach is a short drive away(a very nice city park as well.) We all enjoyed the pool. A good fit for our family.
