Stay at a Tudor home with a lovely backyard, ample bedrooms and common spaces. Multiple reading nooks.

Priced to be very pocket friendly even if you don't stay the entire 31 days ! Priced as equal to elsewhere 21 day stay

Enjoy your vacation time and NY sightseeing. A 10-12 min walk to the Watchung train station with trains direct to NY Penn in 25mins! Newark and Hoboken. Come home from a tiring shopping and order in or check out the vibrant downtown Montclair area or get Pizza/ Chinese/ Thai/Indian on the walk back from the train station.

Attending a wedding? staying around for a new baby? getting a home renovation done? 3 levels and 3 bedrooms, 3 full and 1 half bath, large common spaces allows you to decompress in peace. Feel like a walk, Brookdale park is just across the road, unless you want to head to GRCC and take a day pass for golf. (check facilities offered at that point in time).

If you are moving to the NY area, yes staying here will help you get a feel for the place and hopefully win a bid on a home you seek !
