Nice house, excellent location
The house is as advertised and right on an excellent beach. Lots of bars, restaurants and massage spots very near in both directions. Good swimming about 150 meters to the right. Some rocks in front but still fine if you are aware. Generally quiet water. Little wave action. Predominantly Muslim area so while you can get beer, wine, etc., you will notice that food and alcohol come on separate bills. Separate businesses at the same locations. Very friendly people everywhere.
The house could use a shaded area at the front like the neighbouring properties have, but having the pool positioned so it gets shade is a bonus. A couple of more chaise lounges out front would be nice if you’re more than a couple.
Overall a very good stay and the property manager, Aing, was excellent.
