Living room couch was well past its life time. Beds were comfy- amenity areas neglected. Electric locks didn’t work. Host was nice easy to interact with.

Hi Cheryl, thank you for your feedback and I apologize for the inconvenience. To address your concerns and avoid any future issues, I have replaced the property manager and cleaner who were working with us for the last few months. The new team has started and they Immediately replaced the batteries of the smart lock, steamed the couch. The pool and deck have been closed for the winter tho, as per listing, they are seasonal. Nevertheless, a deep cleaning was completed to make sure our guests are happy and comfortable. Thank you again. Mila
