Beachside Bliss gets you right into the heart of things in Bayfield. You’re within walking distance of everything in town, so why not spend a winter day exploring all the shops and galleries Bayfield has to offer—plus a stop or two to warm up with great food and drink, naturally. And don’t forget everything there is to see from the balcony: your view out towards Madeline Island is good all winter long, from sea smoke and shifting ice as the channel freezes over, to the return of open water—always a sight for sore eyes—at the end of winter.
If you’re into skiing, Mount Ashwabay (just ten minutes from the condo) is the top destination in the area for both downhill and Nordic. On snowshoes, check out the Ravine Trail (it’s right on the edge of town) or the Jerry Jolly trails, just a few minutes’ drive from the condo. Bayfield is also a great home base for a winter drive through the snowy fields and silent woods of the Bayfield Peninsula
Madeline Island is a great place to go in the winter: between the ferry, the wind sled, and the ice road, you can get out there all season long, and it’s just as beautiful with snow and ice as you imagine.
Beachside Bliss is a great spot for a quick getaway, but it’s also got enough space for a longer stay by the lake. The unit is anchored by its common area, with an electric fireplace for effortless warmth and ambience. There's a leather sofa sectional facing the fireplace (and a 65" smart TV), plus another sofa and an easy chair, plus a roomy walk-in closet in the entryway. The common area flows into a lovely corner dining nook with windows on two sides for some beautiful natural light. There's seating for six at the table, and bar seating for two more. The kitchen features all-new stainless appliances and plenty of gorgeous marble countertop space. It’s outfitted with everything you need to whip up a feast with all the amazing local food you can find around Bayfield! Open the closet along the corridor between the kitchen and the entryway and you'll find a washer and dryer--another feature that makes this place great for extended stays!
Through the glass doors in the common area you’ll find the balcony. This is yet another great hangout spot: there’s a table with seating for six, perfect for an outdoor meal, and there’s even room left for two chaise longues. Whether you’re eating or lounging, you’ll definitely want to spend a lot of time out here: the view is incredible! You’re looking across the North Channel that separates Madeline Island from Basswood Island to the north: watch the sailboats come and go from the marina, watch the ferry on its way to Madeline and back, or just watch the waves.
The master bedroom has a king bed, nightstands, dresser, and two closets. You’ll find an en suite bath with a beautiful shower, with tile walls and a glass door. There’s also a surprise: open the door in the corner and you’ll find a second balcony with two chairs and a table—just the spot for some quiet time with your morning coffee.
The second bedroom has a queen bed plus a twin—perfect for a family! There’s also a cute little reading nook with an easy chair and a window for some natural light. With a dresser and two closets, there’s no shortage of storage space here either!
The main bathroom, in the hallway opposite the entryway, has all-new fixtures, including a beautiful shower with tile walls and a glass door.

My daughter & I enjoyed our time at the condo. It was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed or wanted! Communication with Erin and instructions were perfect - detailed but clear and concise. Thank you!
We were pleased with our accommodations in Bayfield. We needed a kitchen to prepare meals for our daughter, who has celiac disease. There were plenty of pots and pans and kitchen supplies. The beds were comfortable and all was good!
Property and booking were excellent. Parking during Applefest was an issue and communication was poor between Chamber and and PD in regards to times access to parking lot was open. Not Erin's fault.

Great views. Very clean. Carpeting the building before getting into condo was outdated/dirty. Condo itself was beautiful. Few dust bunnies. Great welcome info as well as plenty of info for things to do while visiting. Oh, and the mattress was not soft with no support like you would find in a hotel. Much appreciated.
My family of 5 had a great experience at this condo. It's beautifully decorated, clean and came with all the right amenties and supplies. We took advantage of sitting on the back deck and taking in the view of Lake Superior while we had dinner and morning coffee. It's got a great walking path right outside the door and is conveniently located to lots of restaurants and activities in Bayfield.
The kitchen has everything you need to put a meal together and all of the appliances and other items are brand new. I almost didn't want to leave! Highly recommend for your trip to the Bayfield area.
