Overall this was a great spot. Very spacious and comfortable—the bed was especially comfortable. The bathroom, specifically the toilet, (room 301) was not as clean as would be expected, but we understand that can happen. Some areas of the room could have used updating, but overall it was really accommodating and we’d definitely go back.

This location is within walking distance of the lake, casinos, and concerts. It's very easy to get around and we enjoyed our stay at Lake Tahoe.

The inside of the unit was super clean and cozy, and had all the basics covered. The pool was not open (we didn't know it was seasonal/not heated), half of the hot tub was not filled - it's a duel hot tub, and the jets didn't work. This is basically a motel (we thought it would be more of a condo) in need of some TLC around the grounds. But the price was right and we felt we got everything we needed, which was a dog-friendly place close to town, etc. Would stay again when needing a budget-friendly, pet-friendly place.
