For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-Hauls, buses, and similar large vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Boat trailers are allowed on a first-come, first-served basis for a fee, and boats and jet skis are welcome.

Very well maintained property. We absolutely loved it. The lazy river was my favorite ! The condo was very clean and comfortable. Great restaurants nearby. We plan on booking at Phoenix on the Bay again ! This was our 2nd stay at this location and there will be a many more !

We could'nt ask for a cleaner, more comfortable property to stay at for two months. We extended our stay twice and the host was easy to deal with and very understanding. The stay was wonderful until about Friday when some new people came in. We were kept up all night with music and stomping coming from above us. I feel like the drinking by the pool areas should be watched a little closer.
