"What a wonderful beautiful stay! The house is located in a peaceful area, not too far from restaurants & stores and only 25mins from downtown Austin! The layout of the living area is spacious and well thought out with incredible natural lighting!

The house is SO CLEAN! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, the beds are SO comfortable! Loved every moment of the stay! SO happy to have found this AirBnB, truly couldn't have wished for a better place!”

Overall great stay!

Loved the location of this property! Everything we did during our stay was within a 10 minute drive and that was wonderful. Great parks within minutes which was very convenient for our family!

Nice home away from home!

Absolutely loved our stay! The home was clean and cozy—you can tell the hosts really care about maintaining a welcoming space. Everything was fresh, organized, and thoughtfully prepared. We also couldn’t have asked for a better location! It was perfectly situated for quick access to downtown Round Rock, with so many great restaurants, coffee shops, and local spots just minutes away. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Cockroaches

Unfortunately we were not able to complete our stay due to “additional friends” being there. Saw the first big one in the living room when my dog was running after it the first day but had hoped it was a one-off.I woke up and went in the kitchen about 1:00 AM the next morning and found about a dozen, varying in sizes (ages) so messaged the host right away. It was a Sunday but I did request they attempt to find a pest service, which she claimed they did. Found out it was a problem she was aware of when she said they stay in the kitchen sink and nowhere else in the house, and she had suggested a spray I could use if I wanted to that was left in the garage. She did apologize, but I had already had a sleepless night and told her there was no way I could chance taking their friends home in our belongings, no matter how common she assured me this was. I was never offered anything a refund for the additional evening and subsequently reached out and opened a claim with VRBO, who agreed it was not acceptable. They also have the pictures that I sent the host. Although Jade was very polite, I would have been mortified and would have definitely offered a refund for any time unspent and disrupted family vacation time. Still washing clothes!!!!

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m truly sorry your experience was affected. We do have regular pest control, but after a very rainy and hot month and the home sitting empty for a few weeks we believe that contributed to the issue. Since then, we’ve brought in a professional pest control company for a full treatment, and there have been no problems since. I did my best to respond quickly during your stay, and I regret that this disrupted your trip. Guest comfort is very important to us, and we’ve taken steps to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
