One of the most prestigious and exclusive historical villas of Piedmont can be found nestling in the green hills of Novi Ligure.
The property, which has all the charm of a historical residence, is ideal for those wishing to stay in complete privacy, without being too isolated. According to an legend the name derives from the story of a brigand who 1400s, was being chased by the gendarmes when he found refuge on the hill and where he built a little wooden hut (capannina in Italian).
The location is perfect: the city centre is less than 5 minutes away by car and it is also only a few minutes away from three important golf courses, Colline del Gavi (6 km) and the Serravalle Designer Outlet ( 5 km ) with over 180 shops and an unrivalled variety of luxury brands. Thanks to the A7 motorway, it is possible to reach both Genoa (60 km) and the Ligurian sea, and Milan (90 km) in around an hour by car. The nearest airport is Genoa (70 km) while the airports of Milan Malpensa (138 km)
